Ashley Parker Angel, known for his involvement in the boy band O-Town, recently made a return to performing by appearing as the S’more on Season 10 of “The Masked Singer.” Angel shared that his decision to join the show was a “hell yes” from the start due to his passion for the series and the perfect opportunity it presented to celebrate his past as a performer.

Despite having been away from performing for a while and being more focused on his health and wellness company, High Level, Angel enthusiastically took on the challenge. He mentioned the physical challenge of performing in the costume and how it pushed him out of his comfort zone as a performer used to different settings.

Reflecting on his experience on the show, Angel highlighted his enjoyment of the “Disco Night” performance as his favorite. He also mentioned songs he had in mind had he continued on the show, like “When September Ends” or “Boulevard of Broken Dreams” by Green Day.

However, despite the enjoyable experience, Angel reiterated that he has no plans to return to performing at the moment. He emphasized that the show’s filming schedule allowed him to participate without taking prolonged breaks from his other commitments.

In the latest episode, Angel was revealed as the S’more and was eliminated due to the lowest number of votes. Additionally, the use of the “Ding Dong Keep It On” bell saved one contestant, Gazelle, from elimination, allowing both Gazelle and Cow to advance to the finals.

The season of “The Masked Singer” features a new format with three groups followed by Battle Royale semi-final episodes. The show introduces various new costumes and themes for its episodes, including tributes to Elton John, “Trolls Night,” “Harry Potter Night,” “NFL Night,” “One Hit Wonders,” “Disco,” “2000s Night,” “I Wanna Rock,” and “Soundtrack of My Life.”

The panelists, including Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg, Nicole Scherzinger, Ken Jeong, and Robin Thicke, continue to guess the masked celebrities’ identities, with Nick Cannon returning as the host. The season also marks the return of previous unmasked celebrities and boasts a combined list of achievements among the contestants.
