Taylor Swift referred to as Travis Kelce’s wife for second time by commentator

It seems that Tony Romo has once again referred to Taylor Swift as Travis Kelce’s wife.

During the second quarter of the Kansas City Chiefs game against the Las Vegas Raiders on Christmas Day, the NFL commentator accidentally called the singer-songwriter by the wrong title. Instead of calling her as Travis’s girlfriend, he called her his wife.

ESPN posted a footage of the mixup on Instagram. It features the singer standing up to cheer for Travis, and then the camera flashes to the athlete.

In the video, Tony can be heard saying, “And his wife loves it, I mean, girlfriend.”

Play-by-play broadcaster Jim Nantz responded, “You have been down that road with that before.”

The same mistake was made by Tony during last week’s game between Chiefs and Bills. As the camera focused on Travis before focusing on Taylor smiling  and sitting in the stands.

“As you see, Kelce’s wife, Taylor Swift, in the audience,” Tony said before quickly correcting himself and saying, “Er, I’m sorry. Girlfriend!” Another commentator replied, “Not yet,” with laughs to Tony’s blunder.
