Suzanne Somers’ official death cause has been revealed.
According to her death certificate, the actress died from breast cancer, which had metastasized to her brain, as per The Blast.
As reported by the news agency, Somers’ death certificate listed her immediate cause of death as “breast cancer with metastasized to the brain.”
A biopsy did confirm the revelation, however, the autopsy was not completed.
Other underlying conditions that contributed to her death included hypertension and hydrocephalus.
Following a long battle with cancer, the star passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her family members on October 15, at the age of 76.
Three days later, on October 18, her husband Alan Hamel and her son Bruce Somers, celebrated what would have been her 77th birthday.
The family urged the actress’ fans to share their fondest memories of the star, and stories of how it impacted him.
