Reese Witherspoon’s rep reacts to her romance rumours with Kevin Costner

Reese Witherspoon and Kevin Costner are not dating despite what you see online.

Page Six reported, citing the actress’ representative, “This story is completely fabricated and not true.”

Speculations about the two actors dating began making rounds online Wednesday with fans wondering if the ‘Yellowstone’ actor and the ‘Big Little Lies’ actress could be an item in light of the recent respective divorces.

The rumours took over X, formerly known as Twitter, as one of the user wrote, “Kevin Costner is dating Reese Witherspoon? What??? You go boy!!! You go girl!!!” Another post read, “So there’s rumors of Kevin Costner and Reese Witherspoon dating?! She’s 47, he’s what, 68ish?”

Rumours surrounding the love life of Reese has been on her fans’ mind since she announced the end of her 12 year of marriage with Jim Toth.

Announcing their split, the Oscar-winning actress shared in a statement, that despite their split, they “have enjoyed so many wonderful years together and are moving forward with deep love, kindness, and mutual respect for everything we have created together.” The couple share a son, Tennessee, 11.

Meanwhile, Costner settled the brutal divorce battle with his ex-wife Christine Baumgartner in September. Following fighting for four months, the actor agreed on paying the handbag designer, 49, more money that their prenup dictated.
