Mariah Carey ex-boyfriend Bryan Tanaka spill the beans over their breakup

Mariah Carey’s ex-boyfriend Bryan Tanaka has ended his silence over their recent breakup, which according to him was “mutual.”

Bryan, who used to be the singer’s backup dancer, wrote a rather lengthy statement on Tuesday stating, “Our decision to embark on different paths is mutual, and as we navigate these separate journeys, we do so with profound respect and an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the invaluable time we’ve shared.”

He continued that the memories he has shared with Mariah will always be close to his heart. Bryan also mentioned Mariah’s “incredible kids,” whose warmth and kindness have enriched his life.

While Bryan claims that the breakup was mutual, the statement is coming only from him and not Mariah. The singer is yet to comment on their breakup publicly.

The former couple, who started dating in 2016, reportedly broke up over Bryan’s wish to have children with Mariah, while the latter is not on that stage of life, reportedly.

Mariah was recently, post breakup, was spotted on a solo shopping trip to Aspen, which in a way hinted that she is back on the market, since she was usually accompanied by her ex-boyfriend.
