Leah McSweeney expressed her ire at Andy Cohen after he appeared to laugh off allegation of discrimination and racism behind the scenes of ‘The Real Housewives of New York City’.
The former ‘Housewife’ took to her Instagram Story to write, “Wow. Andy thinks racism and addiction is [sic] hilarious.”
The 41-year-old media personality also shared a screenshot of Cohen’s comment, wherein he had reacted with laughing emoticons under a video of a weather report that showed a woman, labeled Vanity Fair, in a canoe rowing through a flood as two citizens, labeled Bravo viewers, walk unbothered through the water.
The video’s caption read, “Vanity Fair breaks the news that adults drink and Ramona is racist.”
Another former star of RHONY, Bethenny Frankel also slammed the King of Bravo for “belittling” the allegations.
Vanity Fair also revealed that McSweeney filed a discrimination complaint against Bravo, and it has been reported by Page Six that McSweeney plans to sue the network soon.
As per an insider, “She doesn’t want money through a settlement.” The source added, “She wants a trial. She wants [Bravo execs] in front of jury.”
