Kyle Richards breaks down on stage talking about her split from Mauricio Umansky

Kyle Richards broke down on stage at BravoCon 2023 when the topic of her separation from Mauricio Umansky came up.

“This is not my idea of my fairy tale, clearly,” the ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’s star said during Sunday’s panel in Las Vegas as she wiped away tears.

The reality star also shared how “a lot of people” have been urging her to “fix everything” with Umansky and to “pull it together.” In a cracking voice, she said, “Obviously, that’s what I want.”

Kathy Hilton, Richards’ elder sister, agreed with one of the fans, who commented on the Instagram post that someone should “get up and give [Richards] a proper hug.” “Thank you!” Hilton replied.

As previously reported, it was revealed in July, that Richards, 54, and Umansky, 53, were separating after 27 years of marriage.

While the exact reason behind their split is yet unclear, in their joint statement, the estranged couple had asserted there was no “wrongdoing on anyone’s part.” The statement shared on social media read, “We both love and respect each other tremendously.”

Following the news of the split, rumours had it that Richards had been romantically involved with country singer Morgan Wade.
