Jamie Foxx flat-out denies sexual assault allegations; Actor to take legal action against accuser

Jamie Foxx is flat-out denying the claims of sexual assault made by a woman, which allegedly happened in 2015 at Catch NYC & Roof in August 2015, who has also filed a lawsuit against the actor.

A spokesperson for Jamie tells Page Six that the “alleged incident never happened.”

“In 2020, this individual filed a nearly identical lawsuit in Brooklyn. That case was dismissed shortly thereafter.”

The representative further claimed that the allegations made are more viable today and they are pretty confident that it will be dismissed again. The individual also added that the Oscar winner plans to take legal action against the accuser.

Jamie intends to pursue a claim for malicious prosecution against this person and her attorneys for re-filing this frivolous action, reported the outlet.

The plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, in her lawsuit has claimed that the ‘Ray’ actor touched her inappropriately at Catch NYC & Roof when she and her friends asked him for a picture.

She also alleged that the actor, who was “intoxicated,” slid his hand in her pants to put his finger on and insider her vagina and anus, after groping her breasts.

The alleged victim has claimed that there were witnesses, including security guards, and for that she has also named the restaurant as a defendant in her suit.
