In a groundbreaking move to reshape the financial landscape, digital services and consulting leader Infosys has joined forces with Amazon Web Services (AWS), the world’s most comprehensive and widely adopted cloud platform. The strategic collaboration, spanning three years, aims to propel the cloud transformation efforts of financial institutions across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.
As part of Infosys Cobalt, a suite of services, solutions, and platforms designed to accelerate enterprise cloud journeys, this collaboration will focus on delivering technology transformation and industry-specific solutions. Joint investments into go-to-market and delivery capabilities are poised to redefine the financial sector’s digital landscape.
Dennis Gada, EVP, Global Head of Banking & Financial Services at Infosys, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating, “By leveraging Infosys Cobalt’s industry cloud solutions, assets, and frameworks, we are committed to helping financial organisations accelerate their business outcomes.” The collaboration is set to support financial entities like NatWest Group in expediting their cloud adoption journeys through specialized end-to-end cloud migration and modernization services.
Infosys and AWS will pool their strengths to offer industry-specific use cases, tapping into AWS’s cloud-native innovation, including cutting-edge technologies like generative AI and data analytics. Clients, such as NatWest Group, will benefit from production-ready shared toolsets, certified architectural and security blueprints, ensuring accelerated adoption and compliance.
