Instructions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Mix well.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, warm milk, warm water, and eggs.

3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.

4. Gradually add the remaining 1 cup of flour, mixing until the dough is smooth and slightly sticky.
