Expelled Rep. George Santos vows to complaint against others in fuming social media post

Over the weekend, expelled Rep. George Santos took to social media to question the ethics of several former House of Representative colleagues, in a post on X, formerly known as Twitter.

On Friday, Santos was expelled for alleged ethics violations, which included donor funds being spend on adult content website OnlyFans and Botox treatments. His expulsion from the House is immediate and New York Governor Kathy Hochul will have to declare the seat vacant and call for a special election. Santos became the sixth House member to be expelled and first Republican.

In his social media post, Santos said he will make ethics complaints against Republican Representatives Nicole Malliotakis and Mike Lawler for their alleged and questionable stock trading and campaign finance violations, respectively.

The accused representatives have not yet commented on the allegation by Santos.
