Former President Donald Trump once again attacked the New York judge assigned over his civil fraud trial, as he ruled that his daughter Ivanka Trump must testify in the case. Trump called him a “nut job.”

In a Truth Social post Saturday, Trump called the judge “Trump hating” and “unhinged.”

“I truly believe he is CRAZY, but certainly, at a minimum, CRAZED in his hatred of me,” Trump said. He added that this case should not have even started, but now it needs to be dismissed.

Despite of Ivanka being dropped as a defendant early on in the legal progress, Judge Arthur Engoron ruled this week that she must testify. Trump and his two sons, Donald Jr. and Eric, are expected to take the stand next month.

It has been argued by Ivanka’s legal team the prosecution do have the jurisdiction to subpoena her.

The sweeping fraud case accuses Trump and his sons of intentionally manipulating the worth of assets of their business in order to bag better terms on loans and insurances.

Prosecutors are seeking at least $250 million in penalties and also wish for the three men to be ban from conducting business in New York.
