  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (such as cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • Salsa, sour cream, guacamole for serving (optional)



  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Season chicken breasts with taco seasoning on both sides.
