When will Beetlejuice 2 be available? Beetlejuice! Beetlejuice! Beetlejuice! Since the late 1980s, we have been using that term, and now Beetlejuice 2 is coming out. We like to assume that our unceasing shouting played a role in this.

The original Beetlejuice movie, which was directed by Tim Burton, was among the finest comedies and ghost films ever made. In it, the recently departed Adam and Barbara (played by Alec Baldwin and Geena Davis) struggled to accept their passing and hired the bio-exorcist named Beetlejuice (Keaton) to expel the Deetz family from their former house.

It was one of the finest movies of the 1980s and is today regarded as being darker than a goth’s underwear and incredibly amusing. It was also a major financial and critical success. The finest Tim Burton movie would obviously have a sequel, but when will Beetlejuice 2 be released?

What’s the Beetlejuice 2 release date?

The filming for Beetlejuice 2 started in the summer of 2023 and is slated for release on Friday, September 6, 2024. Unfortunately, that time will probably be postponed. Why? Well, as of July, the 2023 Actors Strike has stopped production, and we have no idea when it will resume.

Tim Burton claims that the strike happened right as they were ready to finish. “I feel grateful we got what we got,” he said [via The Independent]. “Literally, it was a day and a half. We know what we have to do. It is 99% done.”

This suggests that when things start to go in the right direction, there shouldn’t be much left to do, making a 2024 delivery date still conceivable. When filming starts up again, we’ll keep you informed.

When it inevitably arrives in theatres, Beetlejuice 2 will be seen. Even while it’ll probably finish up on one of the top streaming platforms, you can anticipate a limited release in theatres at first.
